Last updated: 2026/08/31For billing or refund requests, include the Discord account used with FiveCore, plan name, transaction reference, payment date, and a short description of the issue. Never send a full card number, password, or personal account secret.

Support can review payment status, duplicate charges, service delivery, and refund eligibility under the published Refund Policy.

If you believe a FiveCore credential, hosted-bot token, or account has been exposed, contact support promptly and rotate the affected credential.

Payment providers or reviewers may contact support for clarification that FiveCore sells access to its own software service and does not sell third-party platform subscriptions or digital codes.
