Terms of Service

Eligibility and authority

You must have authority to manage each Discord server that you connect to FiveCore and must comply with the rules of Discord and any other platform you use with the service.

Plans and service access

Plan prices, duration, server limits, included features, and any discount are shown before an order is completed. Unless a checkout page expressly states that a plan renews automatically, FiveCore plans are prepaid for the displayed access period and do not automatically renew.

Service access keys

A service access key may be issued after an approved order to technically attach the purchased software entitlement to an account. Keys may not be resold, transferred, duplicated, or used outside the order for which they were issued.

Acceptable use

• Do not use FiveCore for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, spam, credential theft, malicious automation, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
• Do not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit FiveCore except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not provide bot tokens, credentials, or permissions that you are not authorized to use.

Hosted bot and third-party services

Discord and other third-party services may change, limit, or interrupt their APIs or platform features. FiveCore is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility.

Suspension or termination

FiveCore may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, support will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Payments and refunds

Payments are for FiveCore software access and related services. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Availability and liability

FiveCore is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveCore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service or by third-party platform failures.

Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service, law, or operational requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
