FiveCore legal
Refund Policy
This policy explains when a payment for FiveCore software access may be refunded. It is intended to be clear about digital-service fulfillment while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.
Last updated:
Technical failure after activation
If FiveCore cannot deliver a material paid feature because of a verified FiveCore-side technical failure, contact support within 7 days of activation. We will first try to resolve the issue. If the material failure cannot be resolved within 3 business days after sufficient diagnostic information is provided, a full or proportional refund may be issued as appropriate.
Duplicate or incorrect charge
Verified duplicate charges or an incorrect amount charged by FiveCore will be corrected or refunded after review. Please provide the transaction reference and account information needed to locate the payment.
Unauthorized payment
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact FiveCore Support and your payment provider promptly. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account and investigate the transaction.
Change of mind after delivery
Because FiveCore provides digital software access that can be activated and used immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after access has been provisioned and used, except where required by applicable law.
Third-party platform changes
A change, outage, suspension, or policy decision made by Discord or another third party does not automatically qualify for a refund. If such a change permanently removes a material FiveCore feature, support will review the affected paid period fairly.
How to request a refund
Contact FiveCore Support with your Discord account, order or transaction reference, selected plan, payment date, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method whenever the provider supports it. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. Where a mandatory legal rule provides greater refund rights, that rule prevails.
