Staff System

Staff points for support, tickets and activation, promotions and a weekly report.

This is the message the bot posts in Discord.

What it does

  • A point for each member pulled out of a waiting room, detected from the audit log.
  • Points from tickets, activation and attendance sections, plus manual add and remove commands.
  • Up to 25 promotion ranks by permanent points, up to 5 roles each, automatic or by hand.
  • Alerts the staff when a member waits and nobody pulls them.
  • A weekly report and a top 3 with rewards and week-long roles, then a new week.

How to set it up

  1. Choose the staff roles, the waiting rooms and the support log channel.
  2. Add the promotion ranks with their points and roles, and pick the weekly report channel, day and time.
  3. Save from the top bar (needs Pro).
