This is the message the bot posts in Discord.

What it does

  • Invoices for customers with /invoice or an "Issue an invoice" button inside store tickets.
  • Payment methods you add, each with a picture: the customer picks one and sends a screenshot of the transfer, then the staff confirm it.
  • Automatic delivery from the stock (codes, text or files) or manual delivery; the product and the receipt reach the customer by DM.
  • Reviews out of 5 stars, with a button after delivery or written in the reviews channel, with the star emoji you choose.
  • A log channel for each kind: orders, payments, receipts, reviews and stock, and an automatic weekly sales report.
  • Record a sale paid without an invoice with /record_sale or from the dashboard, and manage the stock from Discord with !stock.

Issue a store invoice to a member (store staff) (or /invoice when your Discord is in English)

How to set it up

  1. Open Merchant System, switch the store on, write the store name and pick the currency, then save.
  2. Add your products and payment methods, and choose the store staff roles, the deliveries channel and the reviews channel.
  3. Choose the ticket types that are store tickets, so they get the "Issue an invoice" button.
